| In
the early 90’s 3 friends decided to team up to start a band
called the Tazmanian Devils. Influenced by acts such as The Meteors,
The Ramones and The Clash they brought a fresh sound mixing Psychobilly
and Punk-Rock. This new sound allowed them to play a lot of festivals
& rocking shows.
In 1997 Jack Fire decided to move to California to expand his
musical career and to become a professional musician with all
the experience he already had.
Being in the USA Jack Fire played with an amazing list of great
artists such as Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats), Andre Williams,
Tim Polecat (The Polecats), Danny B Harvey (Nancy Sinatra), Bill
Tapia, The Resophonics, Dewey Terry, Ronnie dawson and Rockabilly
legends like Johnny Powers, Larry Donn, Joe Clay, The Calvanes,
The Drifters, The Coasters and the list goes on & on.
In the meantime Loco Ced was traveling around Europe and the Taszmanian
Devils continued with their original singer Big Bad Hone and an
all new line up.
In March 2005, after 8 years of hard work in the USA, Jack Fire
returned to Belgium to hook up with his old band member Loco Ced.
Knowing the chemistry these guys used to have in the 90’s
they decided to put the band back together and named it 3LostManiacs!
After the summer of 2005 3LostManiacs & I Scream Records inked
a deal to get this brand new record, “Back For Blood”,
out.
With an all new live show, including fresh tracks of this new
record and good old tunes from the early days, you’ll be
getting a lesson in Rock/Surf/Rockbilly history in a steaming
60 minutes show.
It’s save to say that these guys have reinvented “Punkabilly”!! |
